How to Use Subtitles for the Whale Wars, Season 2 Videos

  1. Move the subtitle files into the same folder as your video files.

  2. Rename the subtitle files to exactly the same name as your video files. e.g. Whale Wars, Season 2_Episode_1.mp4 and Whale Wars, Season 2_.srt.

Highlighting both the controversial whaling trade and the tactics that Sea Shepherd and its staff and volunteers use to attempt to cripple it, <i>Whale Wars</i> documents the group's three-month sojourn across the icy Antarctic waters at the far end of the globe. Each week, viewers will embark on a powerful and adrenaline-fueled adventure and spotlight how Sea Shepherd takes action against alleged illegal whaling operations. The Society's fight to eradicate Japanese whaling on the high seas - where international laws are interpreted by different countries and organizations in different ways - utilizes some aggressive techniques, including ramming and disabling whaling ships; disrupting whale carcass processing; engaging in physical entanglement; and boarding and dispersing fleets of whaling vessels.

    When other countries will not up hold international law it is great to see a group that will do something about it by financially hurt these whaling fleets because money is truly what these people understand and without harming the whalers. The show does this in a very entertaining way. Can't wait for the season finale! Go Sea Shepherds!

    This is one program I will never miss. I have read even here that they are not the smartest people running the Sea Shepard. For those people, try putting a half loaded gun to your head and explain what's going to happen. Going into situations like this is just that. They have no way of knowing what they are going to be up against everytime they go out, BUT THEY GO OUT!..Guts is what it takes. I would go in a secound! The fact is, they have made an differance and a big one at that. Every time, the differance is bigger and better. We go as we learn. God be with you. All of you and let's watch them stop wealing soon. It will happen with people like Paul Watson and Bob Barker. Let's all do our part and this will be a part of our past. God Bless the Sea Shepherd and all who support the cause!

    The only way this program is "enlightening" is to see how these "Sea Shepherd" animal activists promote violence towards people on behalf of an animal population. Activists that cannot protest using non-violent behavior are ignorant and unworthy of the cause they so passionately support. The Sea Shepherd embodies everything wrong with Western society. Arrogant, ignorant, and violent... As an American, I am ashamed and embarrassed by their actions and activities. Bottom line: AWFUL PROGRAM! It taints the reputation of the Animal Plant and the Discovery channel!!!

    Something's wrong with the world when people care more about animals than they do human beings. Why not spend all that money feeding the hungry, the starving, the dying; helping those in slums; educating children etc. People are fighting to save the whales and to support abortion. Beyond all this, the groupe is vandalizing the property of others and threatening the lives of others. Everything about this groupe is upside down.

    Why cant we buy the whole thing like the 1st season for a discount price? the 1st season is like 2 dollars less if you purchase the whole season instead of seperate episodes As for the show its fricken awesome and the next season is looking to be even better :) Cant wait for iTunes to put it up

    can you say best show EVER?! i've gotten my whooole family & alot of my friends into this show, & word is spreading fast. sure, it might not be the brightest way to stop the japanese, but atleast their standing up for what's right! can't wait til i'm old enough, i'll be out there helping! the first episode of season 3 came on tonight... i'm pumped up all over again! GO SEA SHEPERD, BOB BARKER, & ANDY GIL! <3

    these guys are great i am 14 amd plan on doing some on-shore volintering with them because i live very close to one of the main ofices in friday harbour washington. this show has helped deplete the japanese whaling so much keep it up guys :) hopefully soon to be a world with no or alot less whales being killed each day and year
