The Librarians find themselves fighting a war on two fronts. First, Apep, the Egyptian God of Chaos, is released from a museum Egypt and is revealed to be bent on releasing pure evil into the world to create a chaotic apocalypse. Naturally, the Librarians must stop him... but must do it while also avoiding the new black-ops government agency D.O.S.A. (the Department of Statistical Anomalies). D.O.S.A.’s investigation of magic has the agency – and their determined leader, General Cynthia Rockwell – believing the Librarians are home-grown terrorists. Accordingly, the Librarians must take on the twin roles of hunter and hunted, as Flynn, Baird, Stone, Cassandra, Ezekiel, and Jenkins fight, mission by mission, to save the world...but also get one step closer to losing The Library itself. It’s a conflict that forces the Librarians to confront the cost of using magic as well as their true feelings for each other, this time, once and for all.

  • Really wanted to like it

I gave this 3 seasons, and still can't bring myself to say its any good. I really enjoyed the movies, and wanted to enjoy this, but I can't. The plots are juvenile at best

  • Love this show

When I saw the first season I was a little concerned that it would last. Glad TNT gave it a chance. I thought Noah Wiley's character as intellegent as he was suppose to be acted like a lunatic, flitting around. I am glad they calmed his character down. The addition of Jane Curtin's character was good as I have always liked her. The characters all compliment each other and their acting skills have grown. I do hope that TNT will keep this show on for many more seasons. It is such a different show from others on TV. It is a fun show to watch and the characters and plots are unique.

this series is addictive enough as it is but with this season everything we though we knew about the characters and the series became an out of control fantasy i thought seasons one and two were great but this one tops the cake in the first couple of episodes

  • Numbering needs to be fixed

    By Antithesis666

For the show itself I love it. It's fun and great escapism. The numbering for the episodes bothers me. Writer's shouldn't be counted like regular episodes. It causes confusion when watching the actual episode.
  • The Librarians S3

    By Rachel Frantz

A Continuation of Seasons 1 and 2 of The Librarians where things have gotten more serious and complicated for the Librarians as they face off against the Egyptian god of Chaos bent on the destruction of the Library and its attendant Librarians. He is seeking not only the release of evil and chaos but also revenge for being imprisoned by the first Librarian and his Guardian thousands of years ago. For the Librarians, catching Apep will be problematic because he can move from body to body and can get those he possesses to provoke chaos in their wake in order to confuse and complicate any situation to mislead the Librarians or to escape when they get too close and it will take all the Librarian's skills and intelligence and wisdom to overcome Apep's efforts to destroy them and the Library. The show is superbly written, directed, and produced by the very talented artists of Dean Devlin's Electric Entertainment. The show has a top flight cast in the actors Noah Wiley, Christian Kane, Rebecca Romijn, John Larroquette, John Kim and Lindy Booth forming the ensemble which are the Librarians and thier Guardian who defend and protect the Library and collect and store magical items to keep wild magic out of the hands of evil forces who wish to use them to exploit their powers for evil and not good. The show has great action, humor and depth and is appropriate for all ages. Season 3 is broadcast live on TNT Sundays at 8PM EST Don't Miss Out!
