<i> Instinct</i> stars Alan Cumming as a former CIA operative who is lured back to his old life when the NYPD needs his help to stop a serial killer. Jasmine Gooden, is glad to see her best detective finally agree to work with someone on a case, since Lizzie has refused any partner since a tragic event one year ago. But as Dylan feels reenergized tapping into his old skill set, his husband, Andy, is concerned that Dylan's breaking their pact about putting away his cloak and dagger for good.     Some of the negative reviews for this show may be due to bigoted/intolerant reasons. Watch the show and you’ll see what I mean. I think “Instinct” is excellent, and season 2 is even better. The characters keep getting more depth and personality with each episode.

    I guess they are looking for a replacement but for me this isn’t it. I have only watched the first 3 episodes and knew who did it as soon as they appeared on screen (were you supposed to)? I am not watching any more. Elementary with touches of Sherlock, not original at all. Very disappointing! Oh, and Alan Cumming as a tough guy taking out bad guys.... lol

  • ep 3 Stolen from Bones

    I like Alan Cummings but this episode was stolen from Bones “The Plain in the Prodigy” it wasn’t similar, you guys actually stole dialogue! Word for word. There is no way the writers can claim any defense, I was able to quote lines without ever seeing this episode before. The writers room should be fired.

    Wanted to love this show. Cumming is such a brilliant actor and the only reason I give it 3 stars. Female lead (Lizzie) is either not right for the part or simply can’t act. Don’t get me started on the writing, or lack thereof. New writers, new female lead. Ready, start, reboot.
