How to Use Subtitles for the ThunderCats, Season 1 Videos

  1. Move the subtitle files into the same folder as your video files.

  2. Rename the subtitle files to exactly the same name as your video files. e.g. ThunderCats, Season 1_Episode_1.mp4 and ThunderCats, Season 1_.srt.

  3. Open the ThunderCats, Season 1 video in VLC or your media player. The subtitles will automatically appear in the video. If it does not, check if the ThunderCats, Season 1 srt files are correctly named, then close and restart your video player.

    My childhood revolved around thundercats. I was a big fan and still am as a grown man, but this was kind of disappointing. To start format says HD but if it is it’s very low quality HD. Needless to say don’t expect 1080p or 4K resolution out of this. Another thing is the theme song doesn’t get played on any episode. Why? That’s one of the best parts of the show that gets you hyped up for it, and it’s cut out 😡. The story is slow. I watched like 5 episodes and just couldn’t get into it. With HD quality not meeting my expectations, no theme song, slow story.. I just don’t like it. I like the voices used for the characters but that’s about it. The 80’s version i grew up with is better in my opinion. Maybe if you remaster this to a more updated format to meet current resolutions, and add the theme song to each episode it may improve it. 1 star for trying to remake thundercats, and 1 more star just for it being thundercats.

    This show is amazing! I haven't seen a bad review yet, but it never got a second season because of poor toy sales! They probably should have marketed the toys better! This show needs a comeback! Maybe a Netflix 13 episode season like voltron!

    What interested me about this awesome reboot of Thundercats is Will Friedel (Batman Beyond) and Matthew Mercer (Various Anime, i.e. Fate/Zero's Kiritsugu Emiya) as Lion-O and Tygra. Bad enough they never finished the story after the last episode. There's more to see!

    I LOOOOOVE this show!!! However, I hate Cartoon Network. They took this show down because no merchandise was sold in terms of action figures. So I'm SUPER mad and I think their policies on shows needs to change. Too many great shows are now gone because of the lack of foresight of Cartoon Network.

    i absolutely love the reboot but im saddened that this show has been canceled. i definately enjoyde the new directin and character development that they went with it breathed new life to this loved show. it makes me sad that their is no more!!

    Big mistake canceling this show. Great story adaptation and character work. While the majority of programming today leaves MUCH to be desired, THUNDERCATS proves once again that it is a success and TV executives have absolutely no idea what constitutes a quality show. At least we got the first season. Maybe they'll realize their mistake and revisit the franchise when they realize they cut a good thing short.
