Back at full strength, with Abby, Connor, Lester, Jess and Matt on board - the ARC team must race against time once again in its fight to save the public from the terrifying creatures appearing through the anomalies. They encounter vicious burrowing creatures, enormous underwater predators, a raptor on the rampage in Victorian London and a Tyrannosaurus Rex prowling the streets. But even as the team faces its most formidable challenges yet, it may have more to fear from inside the organization itself.

    This show is awesome. I started from season 1 all the way to season 5. A great show. The characters acting got better after season 1. Just loved it. Now that it is cancelled hopefully they bring back the show again ->(not counting Primeval New World) but with the characters connor and Abbie. 5 out of 5!!! :)

    Ok, so I may have misjudged this new season in my last review. While I do miss the old feel of the show, I like where this season is going--it seems quite a bit darker, even more mature, and it's a feeling I can get used to for the sake of Primeval! So, I revoke my previous judgement and replace it with: Primeval is still pretty awesome and I will definitely still be watching! *But pleeeease, Abby and Connor, cut your hair! :)

    If you're new to Primeval, start with Season 1 and work your way from there. The shows are very creative and enjoyable to watch. The "anomalies" are a cool concept and the episode plots get better with each season. I'm so glad that they decided to continue the show. Highly recommend for anyone who likes a bit of sci-fi, adventure, mystery and suspense! 6 episodes for Season 5 is not enough! We want MORE! Please keep the series alive!

    SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE TERRIBLE 4TH SEASON. I really lost all hope in primeval after the last season, but after this one I've officially regained hope in my favorite show ever <3
