- Move the subtitle files into the same folder as your video files.
- Rename the subtitle files to exactly the same name as your video files. e.g. Gaiam: 5 Day Fit Pilates_Episode_1.mp4 and Gaiam: 5 Day Fit Pilates_.srt.
- Open the Gaiam: 5 Day Fit Pilates video in VLC or your media player. The subtitles will automatically appear in the video. If it does not, check if the Gaiam: 5 Day Fit Pilates srt files are correctly named, then close and restart your video player.
