  • A remake?

    By leaym1dr

This is a remake of the Swedish/Danish show The Bridge. I'm only on the first episode and it's nearly identical to the original Swedish version. I don't get it. If they wanted to make a show with the same concept they could have at least created a different storyline. The Swedish version, the original version, is so much better.
  • Loved it!

The premiss is a bit far fetched, but the execution is sophisticated and beautiful.
  • Suspenseful

Great acting and a well thought out plot. Enjoyed every minute.
  • Are you kidding me?

    By GreenQuartz

The final episode is only available if you buy the season? I've paid for every episode up that point and don't get credit for it? You want me to pay another $20. Uh...no. Absolute BS. Guess I'll hit the torrents where I should have gotten it in the first place apparently.
  • Makes me long for The Bridge

which was much better cast, had som actual action in it and made a bit of sense.
  • The tunnel season one

I really love these international collaborations. This reminds me of the American 'The bridge' about the tensions between US and Mexico. Although it is very different in many ways. In this case, I appreciate that this drama is not dubbed. It is helping me remember my French! There are some jolly stereotypes in place re the English policeman. He is well read and clever and he rides along on his classic silly British humor which irritates the French policewoman. I don't mind that at all, though. It relieves the tension. I love that the French woman is not too obviously sexy, but subtly so, in a sort of uptight way. I like the dynamic between the two police people. All in all, I can't wait for more. Tres bien fait, merci a tous. Well done, thanks to all.
  • Well done but depressing

Not enough humor to counteract the darkness.
