How to Use Subtitles for the Endeavour Videos

  1. Move the subtitle files into the same folder as your video files.

  2. Rename the subtitle files to exactly the same name as your video files. e.g. Endeavour_Episode_1.mp4 and Endeavour_.srt.

  3. Open the Endeavour video in VLC or your media player. The subtitles will automatically appear in the video. If it does not, check if the Endeavour srt files are correctly named, then close and restart your video player.



From Masterpiece on PBS. Before Inspector Morse, there was the rookie Constable Morse, fed up with police work and ready to nip his career in the bud by handing in his resignation. That is, until a murder turned up that only he could solve. Shaun Evans (The Take, The Virgin Queen) stars as the young Endeavour Morse, before his signature red Jaguar but with his deductive powers already running in high gear.

    I had to keep replaying parts to understand the facts because of the strong accents and music. Don't know if I like young Morse. Odd duck. Gave 5 stars to Inspector Lewis. Wish that was still around.

    how the heck do you BUY this?? it says "Season Only," but there is just the pruce for this one show, and when i hit the Season Only button to buy it, nothing happens. so, OK.,WHICH season---of WHAT?

    Having watch all the original Morse mysteries, I did not expect this new version to be any good. I really did enjoy watching it.. Better even the second time......loved the ending...hope they do more episodes...
