  • Too fast for me

    I had a set of Rodney Yee’s Power Yoga VHS videos that I liked, but can’t find in digital format so I tried these. I don’t feel like I have much time to hold the pose, or to look at the video to see if I’m doing it correctly. Sometimes I gaze in the direction he tells me, then when he describes changing to the next pose, I look at the video and he’s already there, and I have no idea how he did the transition. I liked the older ones better.

    I've had Rodney Yee on my media shelf for about 10 years and there's a good reason why. When I can't make it to the gym, I find this to be an efficient substitute. I really like each workout! A great addition to my fitness arsenal.
