Downton Abbey: The Complete Series English Subtitles

1. Move the subtitle files into the same folder as your video files.


2. Rename the subtitle files to exactly the same name as your video files. e.g. Downton Abbey: The Complete Series_Episode_1.mp4 and Downton Abbey: The Complete Series_.srt.


3. Open the Downton Abbey: The Complete Series video in VLC or your media player. The subtitles will automatically appear in the video. If it does not, check if the Downton Abbey: The Complete Series srt files are correctly named, then close and restart your video player.

The costume drama series, Downton Abbey, written and created by Oscar-winning writer Julian Fellowes, stars Academy Award-winner Maggie Smith as a Dowager Countess of an Edwardian English country house in 1912. The series portrays the lives of the Crawley family and the servants who work for them, in a time before the last vestige of century's old tradition were stripped away by World War and the modern age. The all star cast also includes Hugh Bonneville and Elizabeth McGovern.
