How to Use Subtitles for the NOVA, Vol. 1 Videos

Move the subtitle files into the same folder as your video files.

Rename the subtitle files to exactly the same name as your video files. e.g. NOVA, Vol. 1_Episode_1.mp4 and NOVA, Vol. 1_.srt.

Open the NOVA, Vol. 1 video in VLC or your media player. The subtitles will automatically appear in the video. If it does not, check if the NOVA, Vol. 1 srt files are correctly named, then close and restart your video player.

I love it it interactive and it's well a nice little thing for on the go. I LOVE NOVA!!! But I'm too young to do anything... BUT IT'S GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO PBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love NOVA, its the best show PBS has produced. However, they hare holding out on some of the best episodes from ITUNES....that seems odd. I hope PBS will just commit to ITUNES for more episodes.
New Shows please!

The newest thing on the list here is almost three years old, I don't care what the price is if there isn't any new stuff there is no reason to buy. NOVA is probably one of the best shows on television, smart, thought provoking, inteligent and real. I work in Engineering so I may be a bit bias due to being in the tech field, but I look forward to NOVA and when my local PBS doesn't have it in the right time slot (most of the time) I would like to know that I could come here and buy it. Come on PBS and WGBH more NOVA please!

I have watched NOVA for nearly three decades and am glad to see it available for purchase online but I really wish there were episodes from previous years for purchase as well.

I have seen this show on TV and it is a great and memorable one.it talks about science that gets thinking and make you gape in awe ,or inspire you to new hights.it's a show that you should see and I hope you can enjoy it as I did.
NOVA inspires & entertains without hype or theatrics

The shows included in this first iTunes season are not necessarily the best or most interesting of the many NOVA programs available but I bought the whole season because I know that I'd rather watch any NOVA episode than most anything else on TV. These are the kinds of quality programs that make sense to include in a digital library for use on your AppleTV or iPod etc. What a nice alternative to 200 expensive channels of cable garbage.
