All the hot-button pop culture, political, and religious issues of the real world hit the town of <i>South Park</i> in Season 8. In the season's stand-out controversial episode, "The Passion of the Jew," the boys see <i>The Passion</i> movie and demand their money back from Mel Gibson. Everyone gets wrapped up in celebrity worship — the girls of town idolize ditzy, rich, night-vision-sex-tape-making socialites (a.k.a. Stupid Spoiled Whores), and the boys all compete to be TV stars, doing anything for ratings. PETA protests the cow mascot, Hollywood and the Army battle over Cartman's newest creation, and a certain controversial celebrity comes to town and sleeps with the boys. All this and television violence at its best with an awesome anime battle featuring the boys as ninjas and Professor Chaos.

    I can go to southpark's website on my computer and watch any episode I want and as many as I want for free. They just have ads but if I want to do it on my iPod touch it tells me to go to iTunes and wants me to pay close to $40 for a season. I hate apple and their controlling restrictions.

    "the passion of the Jew" was so offensive, I had no choice but to delete it. I didn't even watch the whole episode, I wish I could get my money back. I know it's too late but the whole situation is bad. Don't waste 1.99 on it! It's NOT worth it.
