Now a pie maker, Ned puts his ability to good use, not only touching dead fruit and making it ripe with everlasting flavor, but working with a private investigator to crack murder cases by raising the dead and having them name their killers. The tale gets complicated when Ned brings his childhood sweetheart, Chuck (Anna Friel), back from the dead and keeps her alive. Life would be perfect for Ned and Chuck, except for one cruel twist: If he touches her again, she'll go back to being dead, this time for good. Kristin Chenoweth, Chi McBride, Ellen Greene and Swoosie Kurtz also star.

    I CAN'T BELIEVE this show was canceled!! Whoever made that decision is a complete idiot. This show is original and hilarious and sweet, and I love it! And I mean, Lee Pace. I like the rest of the actors and actresses too, but COME ON. That guy is a dreamboat and an incredible actor besides. Also the guy who plays the coroner is hysterical. "Why you going toe-to-toe with me on fashion?" Awesome. "I asked you not to use the word zombie. It's disrespectful!" Oh, Ned. Why did they take you from us?

    This was my favorite show, I even listed it as one of three favorite on my FaceBook page. But then it disappeared. I had NO idea it was back . . . were it not for iTunes I still would not have known this highly original, well thought out and absolutely qwerky wonderful show was back

    This is in my favorite shows ever list. I'm so sad that it was cancelled. It makes me sick that a show as amazing as this was cut short yet there are some just awful, poorly written shows going on their third or fourth seasons. It's a shame. I wish they would bring it back!

    This is such a wonderful show and it sickens me that it was cancelled before it found a solid footing. The show is visually amazing - like a storybook come to life. The dialogue is razor sharp, the cast of characters are funny, adorable and oh so quirky. Each episode is well thought out and performed perfectly. The episode, "Bad Habits" is incredibly funny, with references to 80s drama, 70s sitcom and an 80s power ballad. This is an original show worth watching. You'll love it!
