RuPaul and your favorite queens are back! The Dean of Drag has finally opened her "school for girls!" at RuPaul's Drag U, where real women (the kind who don't have to tuck) undergo extreme transformations . . . drag queen style. Our pupils are frumpy, shy and anything but self-confident; but with the insight and instruction of beloved Drag Race alums, our once demure dames unleash their inner Divas and perform a musical number in front of a live audience that includes their loved ones. Only one woman can be valedictorian of her class, but all drag-uate with sass, self-respect, and the sense that anything is possible. Watch your favorite queens bring fabulousness to the ladies in this hysterical spin-off from RuPaul's Drag Race creators World of Wonder.

Good show but where is episode 7?
• Oh lordy...

Wow. I am a HUGE fan of RuPaul's Drag Race but this show... This show is just garbage! They take 3 fugly women, give them "tips" on how to be fabulous, show them how to dance (or should I say just wing it and pretend you know what you're doing) and turn these gals into... you guessed it... 3 fugly women! They look no better from when they entered. In fact, MOST look like Hell compared to from when they entered. The costumes are ALL FUGLY! No wonder not a single one was happy about it. All the contestants hated their new looks. Good job, RuPaul.. Good job.
• Interesting, but seems to fall short.

I had watched RuPaul's Drag race and pretty much became a fan of the show. After the end of season 2, I found out about Drag U and could not wait for the TV premiere. However, I was a bit disappointed. You have the very hot queens, some of them better looking than even some of today's biological female supermodels and celebrities. Instead of having a competition in which the queens compete on who is able to give the most fashionable and remarkable make-over, they instead go after a predetermined drag look that has been given to each of the biological 'contestants'. They in turn pose and walk down the runway, and lip-sync for their final performance. One of them will 'draguate' with top honors, and win. You won't even know what they win unless you listen to the show's credits. The crafted/modified outfits, with the assistance of the drag professors, almost all seem to be rather crude, hasty, and/or simply cheap looking. And it does not feel like a competition at all. But simply... A gag reel. I cannot see myself buying the seasons, much less any of the episodes. I do enjoy seeing the drag professors at work. Raven as powerful as ever, the quirky Pandora, and the hot Morgan McMicheals. There are also some laughs and funny moments, and some contestants truly end up with a remarkable make-over.
