How to Use Subtitles for the Doctor Who, The Companions Videos

Move the subtitle files into the same folder as your video files.

Rename the subtitle files to exactly the same name as your video files. e.g. Doctor Who, The Companions_Episode_1.mp4 and Doctor Who, The Companions_.srt.

Open the Doctor Who, The Companions video in VLC or your media player. The subtitles will automatically appear in the video. If it does not, check if the Doctor Who, The Companions srt files are correctly named, then close and restart your video player.

No interviews with Christopher Eccleston, Billie Piper, or Catherine Tate. And no focus whatsoever on Donna Noble or the Paternoster Gang. Really? This special wasn't aiming for much. Epic fail.
