How to Use Subtitles for the General Hospital Videos

  1. Move the subtitle files into the same folder as your video files.

  2. Rename the subtitle files to exactly the same name as your video files. e.g. General Hospital_Episode_1.mp4 and General Hospital_.srt.

  3. Open the General Hospital video in VLC or your media player. The subtitles will automatically appear in the video. If it does not, check if the General Hospital srt files are correctly named, then close and restart your video player.

    You did this back in April and now again. What's going on??? Why are you not posting the episodes? By the time you do, we have to pay for them anyway and we've already watched them on ABC's website. You should give us credit for this!!! This is ridiculous! You're not providing a service we are paying for!!! I'm rating this 5 stars for THE SHOW, not for iTunes. Frankly, right now, iTunes rates a 1 star rating!!!

    I purchased the 5/2/19 episode because I mistakenly thought this was the episode with Oscar’s dream before he passes away. It is actually the following day. Please release the 5/1/19 episode for purchase. It’s a very special and poignant one, especially for Oscar and Joss fans.

  • Apple & GN is a disgrace

    I too had the exact same issue on March 19-23. I got charged 30 times @ $14.99. I disputed the charges as per Apple policy. They denied the refund. Online they asked if you would like to dispute the decision. I called and I said yes and I submitted it for another decision. They denied me again. Now Apple is saying that they will only review the decision once based on their policy. Looking at the reviews, I see someone else had the exact same issue. This is not user error! These are fraudulent charges and Apple is ultimately responsible for this issue as the user is getting this content thru Apple. They have the obligation to make sure the content and charges we as users are receiving are legitimate. When they are not, it is their obligation to refund the customer and go to the developer and figure out the problem. Apple is severely lacking in both those areas. Now, I am out over $450. Completely unacceptable!!!

    Billed from March 19-23 $14.99 x 44 times. Support unable to identify or explain. Denied refunds yet they cannot cancel this. I had previously been billed monthly and once I accessed ONE EPISODE, it went crazy depleting my bank account. 4 separate phone calls, one was almost 2 hours with my credit union on line, at which they disconnected us when getting a Senior advisor. I then did chat and was again referred to a senior advisor to review and received an email not even understanding the problem, and denying my refund again. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I am disputing through legal with Visa. I’m LIVID.

    DO NOT DO SEASON PASSES WITH AUTOMATIC RENEW!!!! I was charged 14 times in one day. I did receive new episodes but it also says I have 261 episodes that can download. I told Itunes i only wanted the current season from 2020 and I wanted my money back for the episodes I didn’t want. If I didn’t have the automatic renew this would not have happened. I explained the problem to them and they said they wouldn’t give my money back! Now I am out $245 dollars and they don’t care.
