How to Use Subtitles for the Red Dwarf X Videos

Move the subtitle files into the same folder as your video files.

Rename the subtitle files to exactly the same name as your video files. e.g. Red Dwarf X_Episode_1.mp4 and Red Dwarf X_.srt.

Open the Red Dwarf X video in VLC or your media player. The subtitles will automatically appear in the video. If it does not, check if the Red Dwarf X srt files are correctly named, then close and restart your video player.

Space battles, quantum entanglement, and love triangles with snack dispensers are just some of the problems facing the Dwarfers. The posse also stumble across the mysteriously abandoned SS Trojan while Lister grapples with the problem of being his own father and Kryten and Cat become quantum entangled, forcing them to do everything in unison. The series finale finds the boys surrounded by a simulant war cruiser and its fleet of attack ships. Armed with only two forks and a pencil sharpener, the Dwarfers begin to wonder whether this is the beginning of the end.

Nearly better than life! ...and at least as good as a triple fried egg, chili, chutney sandwich and a shammi kebob diablo with a beer milkshake! I do miss Holly though...

This show was campy and fun about 9 seasons ago, but it's just become stupid, stale, and redundant and surprisingly unimaginative. Everybody seems to be sleep walking through it in this season, just waiting for a paycheck.

Everyone has their favorite series, but this brand-new one is an absolute goody.
More than I hoped it would be.

I think of it as a final exam at school. The actors and writers have studied hard for 9 seasons. Come exam time (RDX) they really come prepared with great gags, comedic timing, awesome sets and props and enjoyable special guests. We can only hope they find a way for more seasons such as this one. Bravo!
